Exhibitor Setup & Show Details

Informational packets regarding specific booth numbers, move in times and exhibitor passes have been mailed out to each exhibitor. If you do not believe you have received this information, please reach out.

Show Dates:       Friday, February 19 - Sunday, February 21, 2021

Location:             SeaGate Convention Centre, 401 Jefferson Avenue, Toledo, OH  43604
Show Times:      Friday: 12:00pm—7:00pm, Saturday: 10:00am—7:00pm, Sunday: 10:00am—5:00pm


                             -Varies by booth location

                             -Exhibitors must setup ONLY during their designated times

                             -Those arriving early will not have booth space ready

                             -Loading docks are only open to exhibitors at their designated setup times

                             -The hall will be open on Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM to finish setup, no vehicles will be allowed inside the hall on Thursday

                             -All displays must be ready to show by Friday, February 15 at 2:00pm


Load-out:           Sunday, February 16- 5:00pm—8:00pm and Monday, February 17 - 8:00am—5:00pm


Exhibitor Passes:
                             We will default to 5 exhibitor badges per company. These badges have been mailed. Please bring these badges with you to the show                               on Friday, February 19, as they will allow you access to our vendor reception.
Electric, Internet, etc.:
                             Requests for electricity, internet, drain or water must be made through SeaGate. Find the form here
Tables, Chairs, Draping:

             The HBA provides the following for each booth:

                           -8’ Skirted Table
                           -Two Chairs
                           -Back and Side Draping
                           -Grey Carpet

                          Security will be provided during the show and overnight; however, we recommend that you secure equipment that is easily                                                transportable. Neither SeaGate nor the HBA will be responsible for lost or stolen items or equipment.
Trash Pickup:
                         Any trash from setup may be placed in the aisle for pick-up. Maintenance within your booth will be your responsibility.
Exhibitor Procedures/Policies:

All outstanding balances are due by January 20, 2021.  Exhibitors with an unpaid balance will not be permitted to setup their booth space. As a reminder, we are no longer within the timeline for cancellations and/or refunds.
